The Program

Care for the animals who never left their side

Paws 4 Patriots is a program of Harmony Retreat & Animal Rescue, Inc., designed to support veterans by helping cover essential, ongoing care for their service or support animal when financial hardship would otherwise put the animal's wellbeing at risk.

Veterans should never have to give up the animal that keeps them steady because a vet bill arrived at the wrong moment. Donations to this fund pay those bills directly, so the animal stays healthy and stays home.

Who qualifies: participation requires verified veteran status and reliance on a certified service or support animal.

Joining Forces

For animals. For people. For our community.

Harmony Retreat & Animal Rescue rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes animals in need while building a more compassionate community. Paws 4 Patriots helps veterans care for their service and companion animals by providing essential support, resources, and a community that cares.

The two missions are the same mission. An animal kept healthy is a person kept whole.

"You served for us. We're here for you and your best friend."
